Saori's teaching approach is based on the Eight Limbs of Yoga from Ashtanga philosophy.

Motivated by a profound understanding of the history, philosophy, and science of yoga, Saori is committed to share both the philosophical and physical facets of the practice.

After moving to London in 2002, Saori was introduced to yoga and has since developed a strong interest in it.

By learning and accepting their genuine selves, Saori hopes to instill a positive vision, kindness, and love in people's lifey. She shares her expertise with her students in order to eliminate any thoughts and anxieties that can generate negative energy.
